So often people take the time to write letters of complaint. This is not the purpose of my letter today. I am writing to tell you of the pleasant experience I had with the unfortunate malfunctioning of my brand new Thermador microwave. Carlos was assigned the job, and while it took him a frustrating three visits, in the end, all has worked out.
The purpose of this letter is to let you know just how impressed I was with Carlos. This situation was enough to drive anyone a bit crazy, but he remained incredibly calm and cool throughout the solving of the problem. And, when the problem was finally identified and fixed, my oven was not quite straight in the cabinet. Carlos kept telling me he just needed me to be satisfied, and if I were not, he would work until I was. And he did. His afternoon was very long, but when he left, I was so grateful to finally have a functioning microwave that was straight in its new home!
For what it’s worth, and in the event you do not already know this, Carlos is a genuine asset to your company. His work ethic is beyond compare, and he is polite, thoughtful, and kind.
