Service Request - Thermador-Range-Repair/Service -Burner was clicking, he tried to remove the burner and now the nut for the burner just spins Observations - Customer reported that the left rear igniter is clicking on its own. He attempted to address the issue but noted that the rear Venturi kept turning during disassembly. Upon arrival, I confirmed that the left side Venturi are seized and verified that only the left rear igniter is continuously clicking. Proposed Work - Replace 2 Venturi, 2 holders, 2 nuts, left rear tube, LR potentiometer, and control unit ------------------- Resolution - I replaced the listed parts and tested all burners functions. All burners ignited properly, and no abnormal clicking was observed during or after testing. The rear potentiometer and rear burner tube were not required for the repair and have been returned to the parts department. Recommendations - Declined -$1343.84

Service Request - Amana Refrigerator-Repair/Service -ice maker not working and PM Observations - Customer Lyn reported that the ice maker is producing ice, but the ice have black and rusty debris. She also requested that the condenser be cleaned. Upon inspection, I verified the customer concern and noted signs of ice maker affecting ice quality. Additionally, I observed that the right door gasket of the refrigerator is ripped. Proposed Work - Replace ice maker, refrigerator right door gasket and clean condenser ------------------- Resolution - Cleaned the condenser coils, replaced the ice maker assembly, and installed a new right-side refrigerator door gasket. After completing the repair, I tested the ice maker and confirmed it is cycling properly and functioning as expected. Recommendations - Declined -
